Birla Evara Completion Date


The completion date of Birla Evara is December 31, 2031, with 6 years of construction time. The project set on 25 acres with 15894 apartments will begin its possession from January 15 2031. The project was launched in March 2025, and construction will begin on May 25, 2025. The venture is approved by RERA and BDA. The project is located in the prime area of Varthur, Bangalore.

Birla Evara is a large housing apartment brought by Birla Estates and is spread over 25 acres. The apartments on the site are presented in 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK in size. These units range from 449 sq. ft. to 1630 sq. ft. Its prices begin at Rs. 0.77 Cr onwards. The units will be completed on time and will receive OC and CC.

The completion date helps buyers to allocate their finances based on the payment plan. This date also ensures that the homes will be handed over on time. Birla Estates is known for delivering homes on the set completion time. These houses can also be customised in the pre-launch stage.

A Completion Certificate (CC) is issued after construction meets regulations like height and road distance. However, a CC alone does not allow occupancy. To get proper occupancy, an OC is needed for essential utilities.

Currently, the project is in the pre-launch status and will begin developing its model units and amenities. The gates, roads, and boundary have been developed. The sales team is on the site to give a tour and clear queries. The demo apartments are ongoing and will be presented after the township is launched.
