Cricket player Virat Kohli began the T20 season 2025 promotion with Birla Estates using the slogan "Every square foot tells a story". In this season, Birla Estates, the reputed real estate builder has joined with RCB as a sponsor.

Birla Estate's dedication to excellence is with both cricket and real estate. The T20 season in 2025 campaign creates a lovely look between Birla Estates' homes and Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium. The campaign is now shown with the hashtag #StoriesPerSqFt.

At the cricket Stadium, some best memories occur in every square foot of ground. The houses of Birla Estates will also have a great memory in every square foot.

“To feel mortal 15 sq. ft, to feel super human 5 sq. ft." is the tag line for this most recent ad. It uses the best storytelling to convey the highs of the gravity defying catch and the other lows on the cricket field.
