Birla Estates, who is the real estate arm of the Aditya Birla Group, announced their continued partnership for the upcoming T20 season along with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). Following their extension of the partnership, Birla Estates is called the ‘Associate Sponsor ‘of RCB for the T20 Season.

Their campaign brings the tagline “Every sq. ft. tells a story” to life. It also features the cricketers - Virat Kohli, Krunal Pandya, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. The new campaign celebrates the dreams that are woven into each square foot inside a Birla home.

The new campaign is very unique as it matches between cricket and the real estate market. There is a connection between the Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium and the thoughtfully crafted houses of Birla Estates. Every inch of the cricket field holds a great moment of glory. Like that, every square foot of a home by Birla Estates holds special memories and cherished moments.

Anitha Krishnan, who is the Head of Marketing at Birla Estates, states, “We are excited to extend our association with RCB for the 3rd year”. Cricket always holds a great place in the millions of Indians heart. RCB’s passion always matches with the spirit of excellence that Birla Estates stands for.

Founded in 2016, Birla Estates is a new entrant in India's real estate market. While Birla is a brand that people are aware of, Birla Estates (Birla in real estate) is a brand with which people are getting familiar.

Over the last few years, sales have increased in the Bangalore real estate market. There is a 60% rise in sales, 25% in awareness, and 2x in preference. The collaboration between Birla Estates and RCB indicates a shared vision of integrity and passion.
