Birla Evara is a majestic apartment project nestled in Varthur, East Bangalore. It offers 1594 luxury apartments and houses the Birla Temple within the project site.

The project covers a land area of 25 acres with 75% open space and is home to 13 tall towers.

The apartments in the project site are presented in 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3, and 4 BHK sizes. The carpet areas range from 458 sq. ft. to 1681 sq. ft. There are overall 1594 apartments in the property.

Yes, the project township is approved by the Karnataka RERA Board. Its RERA ID is PR/060225/007487. It has also been approved by BDA.

The township is home to 50+ indoor and outdoor amenities for all age groups to enjoy. It has a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, party hall, play area, and many more.

The venture is set to launch on May 25, 2025, officially, and will take 6 years of time for construction. It will be possession-ready from Dec 25, 2031 onwards.

The initial price of the 1 BHK apartment is .071 Cr onwards and goes upto Rs. 3.16 Cr for a 4 BHK flat. The EOI of the apartments have started and buyers can start booking their dream homes.

The main architect is Ms. Namita Maisnam, and the engineer is Mr. BE Pruthviraja. They are renowned developers who have crafted various projects and given premium living spaces.
