These units can be purchased in 6 years of an installment payment plan. The units also include parking charges, GST, and other charges. RERA has general guidelines for the project's payment schedule. The Birla Evara's sample payment plan will include the following steps:

• Installment 1: The buyers have to pay 10% of the booking amount along with 5% GST.
• Agreement Value: A 20% of the total amount to be paid after the agreement in the next 15 days.
• Installment 2: 10% Within 90 Days of Booking
• Installment 3: 10% Completion of Tower Foundation
• Installment 4: 10% Completion of Tower Ground Floor Slab
• Installment 5: 10% Completion of Third Floor Slab
• Installment 6: 10% Completion of Sixth Floor Slab
• Installment 7: 10% Completion of Ninth Floor Slab
• Installment 8: 10% Completion of Roof Floor Slab
• Installment 9: 10% Completion of Flooring of All Units Within Tower
• Installment 10: 10% On Offer of Possession
