Birla Evara Maintenance Charges
Birla Evara's Maintenance charges are regularly taken fees to upkeep the common areas of the township. These charges are taken at Rs. 75/sq. ft. for a year, along with GST. These charges are given by all the homeowners on a yearly or monthly basis. The common areas like clubhouses, amenities, roads, and security features are repaired. The charges are changed and set by the homeowner's association after the possession of the flats. The charges are set at Rs. 5 or 6/sq. ft. and is paid on a monthly basis.
