Birla Estates is the Principal Sponsor of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for the 2025 T20 season 18. The Company has launched its 2025 IPL - Season 18 campaign that features Virat Kohli, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Krunal Pandya. The Aditya Birla-sponsored IPL team, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), has won the IPL 2025 Championship.   • 2020-2025: During the period, Birla residential booking value increased by 17 times with a 77% compound annual growth rate from FY20 to FY25. After 2024, the booking value doubled, making 8000cr from (2024-2025) in a single year.
  • Future Plan - 2026: The builder has an estimation of 60,000 crore GDV (Gross Development Value) based on the Project pipeline value, indicating strong growth potential.

Leadership Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, the current Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group, oversees all major companies within the group, both in India and abroad.
